Shipping
Couture Sisters ships to virtually any address in the world. We provide door-to-door delivery via USPS for domestic orders, and for international orders. The average price for shipping is between $10-25. All orders are shipped fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually 3 to 10 business days from the time you place your order. Please make sure you enter the right shipping address, we are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
Trace Your Order
Immediately after placing your order, you will be able to log-in to your account to view your orders status. To do this, go to www.couturebaghags.com/store, and click “Log In” at the very top of the screen. Then, click “My Account”. You will then see the option of viewing your orders history.
The most up-to-date details of your order are posted in the “My Account” area. If your order says Pending, it means we have not yet charged your card. Orders will be pending until we have verified the availability of the bag you have ordered. Once we know it is available, we will place the charge on your card.
When your order has been moved to Processing, it means we have successfully charged your card. If a Processing code is posted onto your account, it indicates that the package has already shipped.
Tracking is sent to us in batches from our shipping department. Batches are posted weekly onto client’s accounts. Quite often, you will receive your order before batch tracking is posted.
Returns
We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately. Please note, we can not accept open packages. This does not mean you cannot open the box that contains the package. We simply require that all returned bags come back with the original wrappings in place.
After your request, we will then provide instruction on where to return your bag(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
- Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
- A list of the replica product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
- Reason for the return of the products
